International Coolers builds drive-in units with oversized door openings, reinforced floor systems, and ceiling heights that accommodate standard pallet racking.

Our drive-in units feature doors large enough for forklifts and pallet jacks to enter and maneuver safely inside the unit. Standard drive-in door sizes range from 8' x 10' to 12' x 14', with custom sizes available for specialized equipment. Door types include bi-parting sliding doors, roll-up doors, and high-speed fabric doors for operations requiring rapid open/close cycles to minimize temperature loss.

Floor systems in drive-in units are built to withstand the weight and repeated traffic of loaded forklifts. Our heavy-duty floor panels feature reinforced joists, steel subframes, and anti-slip surface treatments. For installations at dock height, we design the unit to align perfectly with your loading dock for seamless pallet transfer from truck to cold storage.

Drive-in units are available in both cooler and freezer configurations, as well as combination layouts with separate cooler and freezer zones within a single drive-in structure.
